Synthesis was selected by the Little Falls City School District to provide Architectural and Engineering services for their School District. The project entails various maintenance, energy, and security related upgrades at the two school facilities in the City of Little Falls. Initial tasks will include analysis of problem areas in the district’s facilities, and scoping and budgeting as related to the results of that analysis.

The Little Falls Board of Education commented that they hired Synthesis over seven other highly qualified school architects for a number of reasons including:

• Our excellence in historic renovation;
• Our local commitment and connections (Mr. Senisi, one of the founding principals of Synthesis, previously lived in Little Falls and frequently visits in-laws in Little Falls);
• And because our firm focuses on the urban environment rather than the suburban environment, especially in our school related work.
