Located within a suburban commercial
area and adjacent to an office complex, The Conservatory Restaurant
site was conceptualized to enhance the quality of life for
local residents, visitors and business people.
Services were provided to secure environmental
permits and project approval for Schermerhorn Hollow Village,
a 35 - 40 million dollar project located on approximately
41 acres in the Town of Rotterdam, New York.
