Synthesis is looking for experienced Architects
to handle projects from start to finish. We are seeking
individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience to coordinate/supervise
project team, construction documents, approve details and
specifications in a variety of commercial, educational, institutional
and interior design projects. Projects vary from new multi-story
office buildings to school additions to hospital renovations
for public and private clients. Code evaluation work and cost
estimating also required.
You will need to be a self-motivated individual
with attention to detail, possess excellent time management
and communication skills, and be someone who takes pride in
creating a well-drafted and detailed set of drawings. The
right candidate will have excellent CAD and communication
skills and should be ready to assist in taking a project from
the initial schematics through completion of working drawings.
We anticipate that there will need to be some drafting utilizing
DataCad 11, AutoCad 2002 and other Windows applications, but
you will also be in charge of sketching, reviewing, and approving
details for other team members.
A good working knowledge of modeling/rendering
softwares including SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and
rendering softwares is a plus. Experienced Revit and DataCAD
users will be given strong consideration.

We are seeking individuals with at least a 5 year degree and
3 years experience in an architecture office doing commercial,
institutional and educational facilities.
You will need to be a self-motivated individual
with an attention to detail, and be someone who takes pride
in creating a well-drafted and detailed set of drawings. The
right candidate will have excellent CAD and communication
skills and should be ready to assist in taking a project from
initial schematics through completion of working drawings.

are seeking individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience
in commercial, educational and institutional projects. Experience
in an architecture office is a plus. The right candidate will
enjoy, and be skilled at, all aspects of detailing including
detailing wall sections, lwall types, completing finish and
door schedules, coordinating elevations, sections, and plan
drawings.
