Synthesis was commissioned by the Albany Housing Authority to rehabilitate the landscape of the Robert Whalen Homes Public Housing Complex. The existing parking lot was redesigned to improve security and discourage undesireable activity. The plan also included extensive landscaping of the site and ornamental fencing to improve the overall appearance of the complex and direct pedestrian activity onto walkways.
