Synthesis’ project, Villa Italia Pasticceria, was featured in the Real Estate & Construction Review – Upstate New York Edition 2007. This former industrial building was converted into the Pasticceria by removing the existing unadorned brick façade and creating a new façade using standard face brick, Italian tiles, limestone base and lintels with a cast stone ornamental cornice.

The façade and the interiors were developed to portray an image of an authentic Italian Pasticceria while conforming to the strict downtown design standards of historic-character architecture.
