Dietary Services Addition at St. Clare’s Hospital

Renovation and expansion of the Dietary Services at St. Clare’s Hospital (now McClellan Street Health Center – Ellis Medicine) as part of a 6,000 square foot multi-story addition. The design included a new serving area, food court, a modernized kitchen and patient tray assembly area, plus the loading and recycling areas were relocated and reconfigured. Construction was performed in multiple phases to accommodate full operation of the kitchen, tray assembly, and dining areas.
