Maserati-Fiat of Naperville

Synthesis Architects provided design services for alterations to an existing vacant automotive dealership into a Maserati-Fiat Dealership. The project included renovations to the existing sales offices, restrooms, service drive and covered patios plus renovations to the service department and parts department lighting.

Synthesis provided site design for vehicle ramp extension, swinging security gates, rear fenced storage areas, light poles and landscaping and design to provide easier flow of Service traffic back to the Service Write-up Area.

The new facade is designed to meet Maserati and Fiat requirements.
