Capital project scope with a focus on building reconfiguration and classroom and technology upgrades to provide unique, state-of-the-art learning environments in the science and technology instructural spaces (S.T.E.M.). Additional capital project scope includes building security, traffic safety, domestic water supply and waste water system improvements, track reconstruction and Building Condition Survey related work.
